I don’t know much on the history of the Paulk family but I do know the COG was very legalistic at one time but the pendulum has swung way too far in the opposite direction. I was raised in all the legalism. Now I can’t stand it. Drives more away than can ever be reached with the gospel!

“Anyone can comment.” This reminds me of something Jesus, the Son of God, said to the “angel” (messenger/pastor/leader) of the church in Thyatira, spoken of in the book of Revelation. “Notwithstanding I have a few things against thee, because thou sufferest (allow/permit) that woman Jezebel, which calleth herself a prophetess, to teach and to seduce my servants…”. (Rev. 2:20a, KJV, Bible) Apparently, anyone could comment/speak/share in that church! Does Jesus make exceptions to His being against just anyone commenting, because the leader/administrator calls something an “open forum”?
