Hubby is having his big toe amputated this afternoon. In the scheme of things, it is rather insignificant, but he’s had a lot of problems with it over the last few months. He’s been on antibiotic infusions for over thirty days (for infection in the bone, which was removed last month.) He will need to be non-weight bearing and unable to drive for the next couple of months, which means I’ll need to drive him to appointments and such and also do some things he’s been doing.
