I don’t find anywhere in the Word where it tells us to fast a meal a day for a certain length of time for a particular need. (Such as, fasting breakfast or lunch for a week.) Yet, I’ve heard this used as a model for corporate fasts.Perhaps because it is easier than some other methods? (which is part of the point of fasting…to deny your flesh.)Any thoughts on this? I’d be interested to hear what others have to say about this________________More of Him…less of me.twitter.com/camiracle77www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=691241499&ref=name
Are there dress standards for men. Dress not in an actual dress but how they dress
They’re already going against God’s Word, does it really make a difference what they’re wearing?
No, a ragged pair of wore out blue jeans just like the men!
Camel swallowing day? Ha ha…
There do not seem to be any dress standards anyway.
She should dress as she pleases as long as she pleases God.
Yes she will. Currently women aren’t allowed to be Bishops. You need to go somewhere and lay down and quit finding fault just because you couldn’t cut the mustard. Clean your own home before you look into others. Judge not lest you 1 day be judged.
Your opinion
Mem and women should dress modestly anywhere they go. We are the”house of God” in this world.
Come a long way? Or back a long way?
Amen. When I read Spurling and Tomlinson, tears come to my eyes, the grief of the comparison of then, and now.
Spurling was a mill owner, Tomlinson was a Bible sales man and Tim Hill is a gospel singer!
But what about their spirit.
Honesty is hidden in their hearts
Sad…that’s all I can say
I blame the leaders of the Church…
My daughter met Dr Tim Hill yesterday at Lee. She there with our church for Teen Talent this week.
