It’s not like someone will hear he’s leaving so now he has to because the people feel rejected. It doesn’t equate over to a local church situation. So someone is leaving. Okay- so what. I have loved the Church of God since age 5, and thought it was the best. Ray Hughes was a good man and loved by many. It did appear to me he was sexist. Were most of the rules made by men about how women were to live? I have 2 friends who were kicked out of church when they were teanagers, 1 because of wearing peddle pushers (capris), 1 because she wore bobby socks instead of hose. They both got back in the church later.
Rather than talk about how the COG women should dress, why do I never see discussions of how many adulterous ministers have just been moved to another church in another state rather than removed from the pulpit! I will not name names but i know of at least 3. Is a womans attire more important than a mans morals?
