  1. Don’t worry. This post is about to be deleted next. It’s Charles Page way of silence to those who don’t agree.

  2. Dear Charles page, how can this “COG open forum” help in making known COG South Sudan in the headquarters in Tennessee and building good relationship??!…

  3. You won’t be the first time
I’ll be censored for three days and I’ll be back

You will face God for your judgement or lack of judgment

  4. Latisha Moore, why are you a part of this forum? Especially if you are in total opposition to Charles Page who started this forum and who is its Administrator. Charles, periodically posts the objectives and purposes of the forum. It was Charles that admitted you to the group. Charles served in our military, is a graduate of Lee, worked as an associate pastor of several CoG, as well as pastored in the CoG himself, and was appointed by the CoG General Offices to Europe to be in charge of a CoG Servicemen’s Center in Germany, where he served for many years as well as did an outstanding job while there. Furthermore, pics, videos and the like become public domain when posted on the internet unless otherwise stated that it is copyrighted. This forum is comprised of individuals who are or were connected to the CoG. No one is purposely trying to harm the CoG. Some voices tend to feel the CoG has left its holiness foundation and pray that it may return (even though church history disproves this fact.). So again I must say, if you are so upset with this forum, just remember you can always leave it anytime you like.

  5. I want to make a statement regarding the CoG General Offices financially supporting Israel and the Arabs. My wife and I studied in Israel in 1978-79. Israel does not permit Christians sharing the gospel with their Jewish people. They do permit Christians to do so among the Arabs, but not the Jews. Much of the nation of Israel has a population comprised of the Arab people. The CoG in Bethlehem and Abud serve the Arab people. Sister Margaret Gaines’ work in Israel was with the Arabs. When we were there, the CoG on Mt Olive was comprised of a number of visitors and few actual members because of the Jewish population. So I am sure that CoG money goes to help these three churches. The Abud CoG also maintains a school, etc beside their offering church services. Also, Sister Gaines’ work in Abud is well known throughout the region and is well respected.

  6. What makes u guys know more about COG than the org? Isn’t that a little naive! A couple that’s not licensed but thinks they know soooo much. Sad….what ever happen to brotherly love…..

  7. I have really grown to respect and appreciate the wisdom and maturity of persons such as Charles, Jim, Melvin, and others on this post and am also grateful to those whose posts have confirmed that I was wise to seek ministry in other venues outside of the traditional church.

  8. I believe the facts are:

(1). About One million per year is utilized only 4 ministry among the Jews and relocating Jews to Israel each year. There is also a program that feeds the hungry, helps Israeli soldiers and helps the needy in other areas around Jerusalem. It is called MINISTRY to Israel. Then, a new church is now being planted for Jewish believer’s as a result of the recent Israel Initiative. Also, the COG pays the cost for a children’s camping and schooling program for a Jewish organization. Yes the COG does help Palestinians also but isn’t it the goal of World Missions to carry the gospel to ALL nations and ALL people. Are the souls of Palestinians not as valuable to Christ as the souls of muslin Arab nations in Africa that the COG puts money into as well. At some point we have to put our trust in God and pray diligently for our leadership in the COG. Not everything is a conspiracy.

  9. Many ministries have tapped into this groundswell of support. They’ve learned that if they highlight end-time Bible prophecy or anything related to Israel, people seem to rally more than they do for other pressing issues, such as the sanctity of life or traditional marriage—or even righteous living, for that matter. Other ministries have sprung up to take advantage of this newfound interest in the six decades since Israel became a state. As a result, an estimated $210 million a year flows into Israel-related ministries.
