First off, let me say that I am not energized about any of the available candidates we have running for the Oval Office this year. Hillary looks downright angry in every public appearance and her speeches remind me of an angry preacher. Sanders is a socialist joke and I think eventually he will implode. Frankly, I don’t see any of the Republican combinations viable to defeat Hillary. America seems bent on the novelty of having the first female president. Having said all of that, I wonder how many are what I deem as one-issue voters. We see them in the church all the time. People who are obsessed with signs, versions of the bible, dress codes, interpretations of bible prophecy and such. I honestly do not believe that we will ever see Roe v. Wade overturned. And I feel that this issue continues to plague the Republican party because we are convinced that some caped crusader will enter the White House and ban abortion.
