I mentioned in another post that yesterday we talked with two school teachers from Alabama and they were stillvoting for Moore________________Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
The news media will play it this way:Alabama voters by electing Roy Moore send the message to the world that pedophilia is okayThey(news media) will beat the drum in such a way that most folks who don’t really know what is going on will believe them. If you repeat a lie long enough, people will eventually believe it, I guess.
When you are on the outside looking in you can say what you would do if you were inside. The facts are the ones that count are the Alabama voters. They are the ones who will decide and that is as it should be. I do believe in states rights, and they have the right to select the one they chose.It may be the lesser of two evils, many times in a vote that is the viable choices, sad to say.It is still wrong for the media to decide an election.I also think itis premature for congress to say we will reject him, especially with the latest reports of the millions paid out by congress itself to SAVE its sitting members. ________________Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/
Not judging any of these guys even Moore. But I know folks in my own family that remember things MUCH different than I do and we were both there. I have a nephew who remembers things that happened before he was born. the Family laughs about that. He has heard some stories so long he thinks he was there.My sister says I remember things different than they were and I tell her the same. One incident was in The Valdese Hi gym. We weren’t allowed to ‘dress out for PT’. So she was required to walk around the basketball court reading the health book. She stopped once while I was in the gym, I specifically heard Coach Barger yell so everyone could hear, All right little Church of God Girl, keep walking you think you are too good to dress out with the class. The COG was well known because it was on the property bordering the HS & Gym.She says that did not happen but I remember it like it was yesterday, that was in 1952.Just saying 30-40 years puts a different slant on the things we remember. Some of this may be embellished, some may not WE DO NOT KNOW! I believe it may have happened to these women but perhaps they are projecting it on Moore. In other words someone else did what they described but they have been coached to put it on Moore.A few days ago it was reported that Moore was banned from Gadsden malls in the 1970s. Turns out it was someone else and not Moore.

WBRC local Birmingham station interviewed the manager now in his eighties. There was a guy banned but it was not Moore. They will not release the name of the person who was banned. Moore has been vilified because of the accusations which have not been proven. They are just that…accusations. Therefore, many are calling for him to drop out. Even many RINO’s.However, Al Franken, who has admitted to sexual misconduct and we have even seen a photo of him with his hands over (not touching) a woman’s breast. But he is not going to resign and will remain part of the Senate.And then there is John Conyers, who we know now, did, in fact, pay off a former staff member who refused his advances. But Nancy Pelosi praises him as a great leader. He has also said that he will not resign.
Well said, and the two you mentioned actions were not 40 years ago.It still worries me that the press will actually make this decision if Moore does not win. Setting a precedence for such an ambush. I am still wondering what ‘bomb shell they are holding for a day before the election.’I am getting a few e-mails from friends in AL who were thinking of not voting, but now have rethought and will vote for Moore.
