We are only into our third day of Revival here in Georgetown, South Carolina and we are experiencing an unprecedented outpouring of the Holy Ghost.
The second night I preached my old message “Victory On a Half Acre of Land” and one person ran to the altar at the end of the service saying, “All I could see was this pack of cigarettes sitting on my half acre and I’m not about to allow them to steal my victory.” This truly was a work of the Holy Ghost because nothing has been said in the entirety of the Revival about tobacco.
Last night a young man ran out the door of the church and when he came back in he laid two cans of Skoal on the altar and proclaimed to the whole church that he was done with it.
Another person poured out a bottle of pain medication they had been hooked on.
The altars are full of people weeping and crying and praying through. The amazing thing is nothing has been said about tobacco or pain medication. I have preached Christ and Victory through the power of God and the Holy Ghost has applied that to the hearts of those that are willing to listen.
Looking forward to another powerful service tonight. Who knows what else God may do.

Chewing tobacco will send your soul to hell
Melvin Harter show that in scripture! That is not a sin no more will drinking beer will send you to hell either ! Nor will wearing jewelry or earring or tattoos! That is pharassee religious lies to scare people! Gambling won’t either, sin is a violation of what God tells us is a sin and none of those are in the bible they are man made law and we are NO longer under curse of the law! Jesus looks on your heart and he does not have a whip to use if you smoke! Wow I thought you were joking about your posts but you are in the 1960s in religion.
God at work. Students at Purdue would flush drugs down the toilet after getting saved. On the other hand I more recently seen a person hand his stash of drugs to a friend so it would not get destroyed while he was being baptized in water at church!

here are the writings of Paul. “Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which temple ye are. Let no man deceive himself. If any man among you seemeth to be wise in this world, let him become a fool, that he may be wise.”
1 Corinthians 3:16-18.
Your body is the temple of God. Defile it with smoking, chewing, drugs and drinking wine and liquor, things that give you cancer and destroys your liver, and God will destroy you. That means you are not going to heaven.
Peter A Vandever, I Cor 3:16-18 is speaking to the children of God. “Him shall God destroy” refers to what you state, “His kids.” Believe what you like, and promote that old AoG/Baptist theology, but God will still cast you into hell.
Peter A Vandever, Fool yourself but when you stand before God Almighty, He will cast you into HELL. You cannot defile the temple of God and think God is going to let you into His heaven. You need to stop telling others your falsehood because you are sending their souls to hell as well.
I’m done with this pharassee attitude. I guess God ONLY speaks to holiness legalism people. I resent this you can keep this site! How dare you infer I send people to hell! Your completely negating The blood of Jesus! NO I will NOT be cast into hell! Because Jesus said SO!
I Corinthians 6
18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?
How does verse 18 fit with the idea that smoking is defiling the body? What else defiles the body? Does drinking cola, tea or chewing gum defile the human body? What about artificial sweeteners?
