Second segment of this CoG preacher preaching in 1966. Dale Davis is a good representation of CoG preachers, especially evangelists, of that day. Oh, how I miss this type of preaching today; however, I believe this anointed preaching is what we need today.
I was raised on this type of preaching and I refuse to preach any other way.
I saw a preacher a few years ago get excited like that and spit is teeth out. All I remember about the sermon was that. I doubt very seriously early church preached like that in that accusatory manner. It was humorous watching him muss his hair as he climbed over the railing. Curious about that.

Charles Page this new and younger group have never experienced anything like this. They do not understand it at all.
I never said that, I just said I didn’t know who A.A. Allen was. I have experienced this. I consider myself to be old fashioned, and I’ll not have it any other way.

I believe God will start a new movement that will move the Church back to Holiness, and I want to be part of it
I pray that we do move back with enough older hearts to remember.
