What is the percentage of the Church of God pastors who are preaching open theism? (I don’t have a definition somewhat similar to Molinism, I don’t understand that either)

What is the percentage of the Church of God pastors who are preaching open theism? (I don’t have a definition somewhat similar to Molinism, I don’t understand that either)
Beats me. I sat down with my new pastor a couple of weeks ago and said “hey just so you know before you ask me to preach or teach, I have some controversial views in some things.” I told him i was an open-theist but he said he hadnt ever heard of that.
I hope not any at all. God knows everything.
Sorry..what is”open-theist”
I would say a very very small percentage would fully accept the view of “Open Theism”. A lot more would accept some of it’s concepts.
Recently the CoG Evangel had an open theism article by Mike Chapman
Intuitive knowledge verses experiential knowledge.
God knows all things intuitively.
Through giving us free-will He knows us experientially. Then our faith can be counted unto us for righteousness.
Open theist I am not.
Nor am I one of those “we believe in the case of Abraham”..people….
Wouldnt it be great if we could just lay aside our concepts of God and just believe what the bible says about him?
I am of the notion that we all have laid aside our concepts and just believe the Bible or is it just you and me Ricky?
” Open Theists argue that people are created to be in meaningful relationships with God and others and as moral beings must have the ability to make real, responsible choices in their lives.” While I never heard the term ‘open theists’ growing up in the CoG still the concept of individual choice has always been there.
