Never heard of Paul L. Walker. The only Paul Walker I know of is a reformed baptist. Not the best person to lead the church I call home.
David Wilkerson spoke of Walker. There was a major disagreement between White and Walker. Holiness people considered Walker a liberal.

Why do only the names of the hot-shot preachers surface when you look for leadership. The COG needs to seek out men who pray … who pray … and make them the leaders of the movement. I could elaborate, but will refrain.
