This is my take on it…The role of chancellor, at least in Dr. Conn’s case, will be that of a ‘President Emeritus-type’ rile. The definition of a President Emeritus is that s/he serves in an advisory role to the president, president elect, and provides guidance and expertise as a knowledgeable member to the board of directors, or in this case Lee board of directors, new president, faculty, etc.
