Acts20.com NEW Acts-Celerate

Dear Acts-celerate Users,Acts-celerate was launched on June 22, 1999 and moved to its own domain in 2006. We have essentially been running on the same platform for an incredible 13 years! However, the PHP version that this platform was built on is coming to the end of its lifecycle.Dave Dorsey and I have been working to migrate the board from phpBB version 2.0 to 3.0. However, we have been having some trouble in completing a seamless migration. We will continue to try to make a seamless migration that carries your user accounts forward. However, there is a chance that we will not be able to do so.In the worst-case scenario, we will be unable to migrate the user information from version 2.0 to version 3.0. This will mean that all user accounts will be locked and every user will need to re-register for this board. If this worst-case scenario plays out, we are concerned about ensuring that no one is able to register the username of someone else, pretending to be that person. Therefore, we will check each new registration in version 3.0 against the database from version 2.0 to make sure that the user who registers the name in version 3.0 is the same user who registered the username on version 2.0. The way will do this is by checking the email address of those who register on version 3.0 against the email address of that username in version 2.0.
