The word ‘evangelical’ has been dilluted and drug through the mud.On the one hand, the media makes it out to be a political group, right wingers who sing ‘God bless America’ and endorse Trump in their church meetings and things of that nature. On the other hand, we have had a move toward ‘seeker sensitive’ Christianity where many preachers say stuff to draw large crowds and stay away from controversy and from communicating anything too doctrinal. Pews, or chairs, of such churches may be filled with people indoctrinated with ‘PC’ thinking, LGBT-propaganda, feminism, and all kinds of ‘isms’ without the preaching challenging their worldview.
