I’ve not seen (or been able to find online) the entire NCCOG memorial service, but, If I’m not mistaken this is the memorial service for Rev. T. L. Lowery at the North Cleveland COG. Kenneth Copeland and Perry Stone are on the platform at the mike, Copeland is speaking to Rev. Stephen Lowery, and tells Stephen several things:1. When I lay my hands on you, I am going to impart to you the mantle of ministry that was on your father.2. You will experience almost immediately a 10-fold increase in ministry results.3.
