I'm hearing false prophets and Christians are hearing what they want to hear. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away from the truth and will turn aside to myths. (2 Timothy 4:3-4).This same principle can be applied to the candidates, Democrat or Republican, and their rhetoric. They ride the popularity of false ideals and impossibilities, things conservatives and Evangelical Christians want to hear (regardless of the moral character of the candidate). The only thing that could ever make America Great Again is a bended knee and repentance - but this isn't going to happen wholesale. America has gone too far and now many look to a professional politician to be their Savior.Read the unfortunate and inconvenient truth: ...because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved...For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness. (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12)This isn't a warning to unbelievers solely, but to those who abandon their faith as many will when the pressure kettle heats up God-HonoringChrist-CenteredBible-BasedSpirit-Led

I remember when Reagan's Star Wars was impossible. And he was selling everyone on fantasy. And when he said tear down this wall.So the best politicians ignore the negative nellies. And who is the professional politician that wants to be the Savior? The one guy that has never been a politician is Trump - so I assume you mean everyone but Trump. I agree. Let's vote for none of them.We need a fresh slate to Make America Great Again

IT IS A POLITICAL ELECTION, I cannot remember when we had a solid Christian running for president in my life time except Jimmy Carter, and most GOP CHRISTIANS place him as the worst we EVER had.I don't know it, but methinks many who now are condemning any one who chooses Trump, were once saying Vote for Mitt you are not electing a pastor, etc. Right now I am not backing Trump, but in reality he is probably being more truthful in actions than his fellow challengers.I will admit I said, Vote for Mitt, you are not electing a pastor. This is the largest Christian Republic in the world. WE are just finishing up 8 years of a Muslim leaning president. The opposition VOWS to continue his Programs. If it is TRUMP that gets the nod, I will vote for him. name calling doesn't bother me I was raised being called names. If that yanks your chain go ahead. But I know my heart, I am at peace, I hope any name callers are.I may not like the nominee, but for sure I DO NOT WANT THE OPPOSITION. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

any particular individual running for office but laid down a blanket observation. They are all saying what they believe people want to hear.Anyone believing any one of the candidates can Make America Great Again have sadly misplaced their confidence in a man or woman. We have turned the corner. Something must happen, and we've seen the process the last eight years, that will level the playing field in order to fulfill end-time events. The U.S. officially became a pluralistic, polytheistic nation 9/23/2001 under Bush. We are engaged in a battle tougher immigration standards/policies cannot win. Our economy is on another bubble and regardless of who wins the White House, the Republicans are adrift in search of a moral compass while the democrats advance their socialist agenda. Our nation has never supported Israel under any president unless it was politically feasible and will sell Israel out for the same reason.Other than these things we are doing great! Our churches are bursting at the seems and everyone is happy. The War on Poverty, the War on Drugs, the War on Crime have been won while Evangelicals sit in the pews of comfort and Revival breaks out over the land. So, while we indulge the insufferable Me-Generation, I'm Entitled, Show-me-the-Cash, Politically Correct, the American Dream has become an illusion.I suppose anyone reading this will be ready to give me the Eeyore of the Day (can you say Winnie the Poo?) award, but I am seriously concerned not about a revival in America but a revival in the Church. The idols and idolatry need to be exposed and smashed, people delivered from an illusion and set free to become the most effective witness/martyr since the 1st century.
