Serving as an AB is not an easy job but the pay is really good. It should be.Possibly the EC could develop a Standard of Accomplishment expected of AB's. Then, publish a list of AB's that reached that standard.This would be a positive way of rewarding AB's who do a good job, without going negative about those who do not.whachathink?Doyl
