I have taken a balanced approach to this topic. I do not support an all out ban on refugees. I think the US has a great evangelistic opportunity here where the foreign mission field is dropped on American soil. I also support extreme vetting....and the temporary lock down is a good idea till we can get things figured out....it's only temporary. There is precedent for such under Obama and Carter.A video was sent to me recently created by isis of little boys 10-12 using practicing sweeping an empty building using actual live humans as targets. They were shot dead. So the innocent women and children being let it...might not be so innocent anymore. As a christian, do I open the doors to my home and let any homeless person in to sleep in my house? I question them for an hour and they seem okay...is that enough now that I should let them in?My question, can a temporary ban on the refugee/immigration continue to reflect our ideals, as Christ-Followers....or better put....what should be our response....or should there be?
