Recently, I was asked to pastor a local IPHC congregation. I consider this an honor as I was recommended by an IPHC pastor friend of mine. I had met with the Bishop two years ago and and he was so gracious to us. At the time he had nothing open but wanted me to keep in touch. I ministered there for a few weeks and was appointed as interim pastor until the paper work was in place for the transfer of my credentials was complete.We love the COG, but I have not been able to make any progress in getting a church. I have pastored two churches in our state, but this opportunity came to us rather unexpectedly. Needless to say, we are excited for this opportunity to pastor again.
