If you keep yourselves from these, you will do well.So, actually, the Holy Spirit did not say that circumcision not necessary - because only these four things are necessary.This would have been a perfect place for the Holy Spirit to say keeping the Sabbath was necessary, but He did not include it.

You don't have to answer the question, because the Holy Spirit already did in Acts 15.The question was do they have to be circumcised? The Holy Spirit said only four things were necessary.
