I went to a small COG. One guy who went to an A/G Bible College who used to be dispensational when I knew him many years ago, preached a sermon. It was hard to follow as he was comparing different sections without graphics to show which section he was comparing, and he wasn't a native speaker of Indonesian, either. But I got the impression he was teaching that a portion of Matthew 24was fulfilled in 70 AD. After a further discussion, I think he included the coming of the Son of Man in that. Anyway, I'd never heard that in an COG church

Fair point. I thought about that after I posted but did not go back and change the post. He's also amil, but that part was discussed after the sermon. But, no, based on our discussion, I do not think he is a full preterist. He apparently believes in a resurrection and that Jesus is coming back and commented on people going into extremes when I brought up the topic, briefly, of preterism. My wife spent more time talking to him about the millenium
