I don't know Kevin Wallace. We've interacted on here a couple of times. He seems like a typical COG preacher. But what's really disappointing and unfortunate is the way he is being treated and will be treated by those still in the COG. No problem with Kevin

Kevin is much loved and will continue to be. His Ruach Conference will be made up of mostly CoG folks (and ministers). The only thing I'm not real keen on is the statement that he surrendered his credentials but did not ask to be removed from the Ooltewah CoG (Redemption Point) and will be planting a church there soon. I think it would have been classier to just leave that facility and focus on Chattanooga since 20 minutes down the road is a comfortable drive for any family to go to church so if they want to be a part of his work they can just make the small commute. But hey - an independent guy can do whatever he wants so I won't fall out with him over that. I'll just say IMO that's the only thing I see that could be done better, if he is insistent on going indy. But we all love Kevin and will continue to do so. Most of us don't see how in the world being CoG would keep him from doing everything he says he wants to do. PLW had 12 thousand on 4 campuses and his work is still CoG. There's something going on that Kevin isn't talking about. I don't care to know what it is - I enjoy guessing about what it is. Don't take that from me

Not to me. I thought he was one of our best. Certainly one of the best of his generation.

I only speak for J Larry, I have absolutely nothing against the man. The CoG needs Kevin, apparently the feels like he don't need the CoG and I have no problem with that.I bless him Recorded Sermons @ www.pastorwiley.com
