| The Dems played Santa Claus and kept one upping the freebies for illegal aliens. Who wouldn't want to vote for that?You would think the moderator would ask how many freebies can we afford as the debt keeps getting higher - but I guess that would have been too easy.I guess the answer would be to tax the rich citizens. | Somewhere, I have seen a statistic, but I don't know what it is. But, we could take away 100% of the wealth of the rich and it would have a minimal impact on tax of middle income people. It is simply giving the masses what they want to hear about the evil rich people. The idiot politicians (actually, I shouldn't say they are idiots -- they CANNOT be that dumb--Just look at Europe to see where Socialism leads -- Can anyone say GREECE?), are pandering to the uneducated that they can live in Utopia. I don't have a particular love of wealthy people, but I know we can tax them to the wazoo and it will have little impact on me personally. I am far more concerned on the amount of taxes I pay and the amount of debt we are leaving for my children which can never be repaid. |
