So with the conclusion that it is half true where do you get that its a myth Its just as true as it is not. Also, as a state's rights guy I find his artificial lines comment disturbing. Thanks for pointing that one out, it gives me more pause about him, I think he's just another federal statist without any reservation for power to the states (no doubt a result of his NY upbringing, who would consider state's rights from that state?), who wants to further consolidate power to the federal government.

Trump does about what everyone running for office says, 'I'm saying what you would like to hear (to the best of my ability).'This doesn't bother me, it is something he cannot do without congress. Omamacare is law, it ain't going away! Maybe some parts will change. WE will go back to what we had with more administrators on the payroll. He can suspend large parts of through executive order, since it is only a tax. And since Obamacare is unconstitutional to begin with, I hope he would

Post subject: Cojak: It has been before the Supreme Court a couple times hasn't it? It is the Law, no one in authority has said it is unconstitutional, now matter what we think. ________________Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]://shipslog-jack.

Here's a point of government that I probably agree with RS on (he'll correct me if I'm wrong). The SCOTUS opinion may be final (extremely debatable), but it doesn't mean the other 2 branches of government have to go along with it remember the branches are supposed to have check and balance and we seem to have forgotten that there are checks and balances against the SC too, but it doesn't mean it has to be enforced or funded in any way. Exactly. The Supreme Court is only one of three co-equal branches. It is a myth to believe they are the polit bureau
