Here's a point of government that I probably agree with RS on (he'll correct me if I'm wrong). The SCOTUS opinion may be final (extremely debatable), but it doesn't mean the other 2 branches of government have to go along with it remember the branches are supposed to have check and balance and we seem to have forgotten that there are checks and balances against the SC too, but it doesn't mean it has to be enforced or funded in any way.
