| Sports rule! Fact in High School, college and Pro's. Since I never was a sports nut I can say that. Even in the 1950's sports stars got a free ride in classes in HS. Foot ball players in my HS (before I dropped out) received Monday's off if they won on Friday night, and passing grades on any test given on the day missed.Academics have for years, taken a back seat to sports.
