| I agree and respect the right to not vote as a political freedom in and of itself. Especially if the act of abstaining is purposeful and not out of sloth or apathy. And I have long argued that each party assumes that my non-vote is the same as voting for the other one, they can't both be right. |

They knew Obama would more likely pick Supreme Justices that would help with their agenda than Romney. Much smarter |
