Good stuff here Brad.I am meeting folk now, young folk, who are being presented with 2 Gods. The OT one is compared to the Muslim God, one of revenge and wrath, seeing Jesus as a contradiction, 'I though God did not change?'Without a good background of teaching (and faith) the youth of this world become honestly confused. Apparently, his heresy did die with him... The OT is not evil. It's good. You just can't see God in it. What you see is the consequence of the Tree of Death in the Ministry of Death and the Ministry of Condemnation, the Law. It hid God in thick darkness and gloom, so that we could not see Him. Jesus, who was not sent to condemn but to give abundant life, identified that ministry, |
