| The ruling says that as long as diversity is the motive, there are times it is fine to violate someone's equal protection under the law based on their race |

Then if your interpretation is right, and Hillary gets in, WE GONNA have a RASH of these great decisions with a few more Liberal Judges appointed in her 4 and very possibly 8 years in office.
