| we need less leadership. There are too many figure heads in this denomination. 1. Eliminate overseers and go to regional directors2. as much as possible make regional directors pastors of larger churches and those pastors are the new council of 183. Focus all dollars and efforts on missions, church plants and education4. eliminate all side stuff that isn't really doing anything like boards and committees. |
