But to the OP, yes the press would have had a field with the old man who was running for president.Of course the logic of staffers guiding someone older and important is lost. It's not like I caught him picking his nose in private, photographed it, and published for the world to see--this was something he did right in front of a crowd during a speech to mock someone.
