| Trump said this at a rally in Charlotte, NC:Sometimes in the heat of the debate and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don't choose the right words or you say the wrong thing, Trump said in his speech. I have done that, and believe it or not I regret it. And I do regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain. Too much is at stake for us to be consumed with these issues.*****************************Maybe someone has gotten to him, at least from my seat, I am glad to hear him say that. (Don't say it JD, I know you are thinking it. that could change tomorrow! )My wife just read a comment on the speech in Charlotte saying it was the best speech he has made in the entire campaign. One poll, lets go by average which is more like 7, but look at the real picture, the Electoral College, and you get a better idea, with states like Georgia neck and neck and Texas with only a 6 pt lead (should be 15+, and Colorado and other swing states not even close. Yeah, he's far behind). Do you think that he made yet another shake-up in his campaign just because it's fun?
