The words translated 'husband' in a lot of translations in I Timothy 3 and Titus 1in relation to the requirements for a bishop.Honestly, I don't care for this type of translation. It brings out that one aspect of that one word, but it seems rather wordy and a bit loose. It takes the 'man' part out of one phrase and puts it in another

Link, are you referring to the word aner? What other word are you referring to?Or are you referring to two occurences of one word?
