| Jim Earl Swilley is nephew of Archbishop Earl Paulk Jr. Swilley is a charismatic universalist minister in the Atlanta area. He came out publicly as homosexual a few years ago, got divorced from his wife of over 20 years, and is now legally married to his gay lover/soulmate Ken Marshall. At the time he came out, he was pastoring an independent megachurch called 'Church in the Now,' which has now been closed for a few years. Swilley now leads a newer pro-gay universalist church in Atlanta. |
