An extensive survey was conducted in 2002 by the Center for Pentecostal Leadership and Care at the Church of God Theological Seminary. The project comprised the most comprehensive research on pastoral ministry ever conducted in the Church of God, revealing the following levels of academic attainment among Church of God ministers: 1) 16% had no formal theological training2) 9% had some theological training3) 41% had a denominational certificate of theological training4) 18% had a Bible college degree5) 11% had graduate level theological degrees6) 3% had earned a doctor of ministry degree6) 2% had earned either a doctor of philosophy or doctor of theology degreeBut, NB, if you are referencing degree mill docterates & honery docterates, the answer is probably between almost an pert near. Cojak, some sites have decent comments under articles, and I found some interesting comments about this. Some people were pointing out that most of the Hindus here are well educated immigrants from India. So, one has to be careful about inferences about the numbers.
