We had been using membership plus for many years and it met our needs although it was buggy. Acs bought it a few years ago and now has stopped supporting it. ALSO we were looking for a cloud based program so our many staff and volunteers and treasurer could access it from a phone or home. Lots of cloud based contribution and member tracking softwareout there but few with any accounting. We settled on acs new realm program. IT is costly though. An initial startup fee and then monthly fees base on the size of your congregation. It has a checkin module and accounting as well with additional fees but it seems excellent. WE had already been using a cloud based checkin so we will just switch it over. But our monthly fees will be near 200. A little high I think but it does what we want. If you want a stand alone comprehensive networked or desktop program look at shepherd's staff by concordia. One price and you're done.
