| Post subject: | Ernie Long: People are leaving churches with 300 people |
| and expecting the same programs and events in a church with 30-40 people. They don't feel they are qualified to do anything. They are too broke to give to the church and live too far away to support things that the church is able to do (they are driving 30 mins to church).They're looking for a small church, because they just can't agree with what is going on in the larger church. I don't know what happened in their old church and don't want to know. |

| I think I would smile and be glad they are there. I said, 'I think'. There are as many reasons for members being dis-satisfied as pastors being dis-satisfied, Shucks, maybe more. I have been dis satisfied (enough to leave) twice in my time, and only expected a seat at the church I went to. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/ |
