David Gosnell is going, but I do know he wasn't the one the state council nick feel this is who the Lord wants. This is not an indictment on David Gosnell, I don't know him but have heard good things. My friends in Indiana have shared their state is in a mess in many areas. they have pastored in that state for many years and have never seen it in this bad of shape.

I'm not saying they don't pray. Two members of the EC came to indiana, met with the state council, and had them write in a piece of paper who they wanted and the state council was all in agreement. I know that the committee will not allow the precedent to be set for who a state wants, but the men in this council were asked who they wanted and asked to write that on a piece of paper. Why ask if you're not going to follow through with it? It's apparent that some states do have the right to say who they want and who they don't want, Alabama just did that with Overseer Brewer. So does Alabama have more of a right than Indiana? I think not.

Respect is earned. It's not something that can just be demanded. When people demand respect, I always want to know why it is they aren't willing to earn it.

I don't have to respect this decision if I don't know why it was made in direct opposition to the state council. I don't have to disrespect it either, but I sure am not going to respect it just because someone tells What's done is done and it must be respected.... especially from someone posting under a pen name who just may have a vested interest in us respecting the decision without question.
