This here. In the Hebrew, it means not a pasture. The image I get in my head is one of a fruitless, barren desert. There is no sustenance. I think that's a great picture of what living in fear is. We retreat into isolation, and we get stuck in a place of barrenness The World As I See Itworldjeffreysees.blogspot.com/Revuriah's Facebookwww.facebook.com/people/Jeff-Richard/1226257444Jeffrey David Richard's Myspace Musicwww.myspace.com/547856946

Good stuff! One of my favorite stories. The word Lo-Debar only appears 3 times, twice in chapter 9, once in 17. In 17, David was running from Absolom. Machir son of Ammiel from Lo-Debar came with a couple others bringing goods and food. Perhaps a message is in there, as well. God can bring blessing out of barrenness The World As I See Itworldjeffreysees.blogspot.com/Revuriah's Facebookwww.facebook.com/people/Jeff-Richard/1226257444Jeffrey David Richard's Myspace Musicwww.myspace.com/547856946
