| I read an article online on the transgender debate, and the article argued that a study showed that giving children transgender treatments before puberty had positive effects. So I looked up the abstract for the medical study it cited. Pre-pubescent children given drugs to delay or prevent hormonal changes during puberty experienced less anxiety and aggression than children who went through puberty. That's supposed to be positive? I suppose if you give kids some kind of shot, you might be able to delay their getting their permanent teeth. And you could measure some positive effects of that. They wouldn't have the pain of losing their teeth. Just be sure to measure only so many years, and the results are positive. The problem is that when they grow up, they'd have rotten baby teeth. I suppose you could delay puberty and kids would temporarily avoid some of the aggression and anxiety that comes along with the natural and normal hormonal changes in their bodies. But what are the side effects? Transgenders have an incredibly high suicide rate. If you delay adolescence now, are they likely to kill themselves later?I wonder what the motivation behind pushing this agenda is? Maybe those promoting it genuinely think this is a good thing. They were gender confused and feel better about themselves if there are more people like them. But I wonder if there aren't some gay men out there promoting this trying to create a larger selection of ladyboy types to choose from who will be in their 20's when they are old and gray |
