Post subject:  FG Minister: Once Again - Results TRUMP Values

Once again Mr. Trump has shown that he is NOT a values-driven leader. The Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, MBS, according to the CIA and numerous other agencies, ordered the assassination of Jamal Khashoggi. Our president has chosen to look the other way because Saudi Arabia is bringing the results we need. When one does not value the life of another human being, it is a dark day. If Mr. Trump were to tell the Saudi's that we will not work with a future king who puts out hits on those with whom he disagrees, believe me, they would appoint a different crown prince. But Mr. Trump has no values - results are all that matter to him and he can work with MBS.We are all aware that Mr. Trump was a democrat until 5 minutes before he decided to run for president. He has been on both sides of the abortion issue, transgenderism, and same-sex marriage. For the last two he has said I don't care what they do. This is indicative of a man without values.

If a foreign govt is allowed to murder American citizens like this, with no repercussions, that sets a very bad precedent, to say the least. Of course, it comes as no surprise that Trump’s only real principles are money, power, sex and personal glory.

In before Obama would have done the same thing.Yes, Obama ultimately would have made the same call -- and GWB and Clinton too -- except he wouldn't have written off his own intelligence services in the process, and he would have at least strongly condemned the killing as unacceptable. Trump couldn't even be bothered to SAY the right things. His statement yesterday was one of the worst ever. When it comes to enabling tyrants and murderers it rivals Obama's red line. The president made it clear that if you do enough business with the US, you can do whatever you want with the rest of your time.

A friend of mine made a comment this morning that brings this whole debate into the proper perspective, at least for those who don't hold this irrational dislike of Trump....

False dichotomy. No one is pitching a fit because the US won't declare war on Saudi Arabia.

Post subject:  Cojak: Terrifying

So far we have accusations. We have intelligence 'opinions'. We have Turkey Legal system's opinion and some evidence. At this point YES it is very probably that the crown prince knew (ordered it). At present it is not time to draw a line in the sand. I read the presidents statement. It did not sound to me that he was forgetting a thing. He said they were our ally and at present things would remain the same. (or that is how I read it). It appears that the crown prince is making decisions in SA, but at present he is NOT officially in charge, or I am reading things wrong (very possible lately) WHY NOT WAIT AND SEE IF WE CAN FIND OUT THE TRUTH. For a change. I just get tired of he said, she said, they think, we think, I know (maybe) etc!!! Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

I have two sons. They have NEVER mentioned politics or had an opinion on the subject as far as I know. But they both are TRUMP supporters. I get the idea from them they like someone who does not care about PC all the time. I even liked the TWEET that has the whole world talking of how stupid he is:What happened to Global warming?I read some of the media's yelling and Quotes. YOu would think ALL scientists AGREE. IT IS BAD< AND WE CAN FIX IT! But they need the USA's cooperation and money! The president does not speak good Politicaleze. He shoots from th hip too many times. He doesn't use the correct 'spin language' that we are used to. Is he afraid of SA, I don't think so. Does he coddle all our allies? not that I can see.I am not sure he will be reelected, but if he is, I will be surprised and I might even start agreeing with him more. Some facts but mostly just my [email protected]/

Post subject:  Resident Skeptic: Re: Terrifying

Why is the quote terrifying? All he is saying is that , by in large, it's the media ranting about this guy as a way to get at Trump. They don't really care about the guy. If they did, why aren't they demanding an end to trade with China? Why didn't they demand that Obama cut ties with Iran over the nuke deal? Why didn't they demand that Obama back the Iranian demonstrators while he lauded the Arab Spring?Trump sees through this inconsistency, but you don't . You are as bad as the media
