IT IS NOT JUST YOU or your church. This has infected and affected churches of every denomination, movement and affiliation around the world. All Pastors are struggling to get people to return.Before COVID, a large Baptist Church near us was running 1,600. They are well-funded and have a lot of money in the bank. They are also excellent promoters, but lately their attendance has been about 280.Of course, most of us would be glad to have 280, but for them and their multii-million dollar budget and 40 million dollar facility and campus, it is a major reduction.
