There are several of those people in the review that I do respect.BUT what is offered in a way to save the nation from Hillary (or Bernie). I do not hear anyone trumpeting Trumps conservative credentials? he is not! But I challenge you to show me ANY president in the past since the 40’s that did not GROW government. I agree as to the highly unlikely probability that they came after Reagan, but I can’t agree with you that they’ve lost their way. They are a conservative magazine, with a history of opposing liberal candidates (Rockefeller, Ford) and supporting conservatives (Goldwater, Reagan). I’m not debating whether or not Trump is what the country needs, but there is no debate as to if he’s a conservative. They are simply pursuing the philosophy that Buckley stated when they endorsed Goldwater over Rockefeller.
