Both will eat dill cucumber pickles.I had picked some yellow squash in pickle juice once. So I decided to pickle some zuccini and see if the kids would eat it. The older of those two girls kept eating the zucchini from day one. I had her help make it. That could have been part of it.I picked some broccoli many years ago, and I liked it. Pickling preserves vitamins and may make vegatables more healthy. The secret to good dill pickles, btw, is to add mustard seed, and of course, garlic. The pickling spice I’m using also has coriander________________
