I propose that Actscelerate presents an Honorary Doctorate to Dr. OTCP.He certainly deserves it.This would be a great honor for an Old Time Country Preacher.He could place it in a nice frame and hang it in the foyer of the church, or the parlor of his home.We know he is too much of a gentleman to reject such an honor from his friends and colleagues here on Actscelerate.
