I had a brother inducted in about 98 – 103 year old charter member of a church I pastored one time, just wondering if we could see that listing. Bro. Huddleston did not have money all he had was faithfulness, he passed away at 105 years old.
It would be nice to see the list and not for cynical reasons.
I myself hope to be included however I have no money to give. I lost it all in 30 yrs pastoring.
My father was Rev. Robert Lilly. He was a very humble man. He served his country and his God. You never have heard his name probably. He evangelized in Tn while at Lee going into the mountains to small churches and having VBS. Mom wrote the material and printed it on a littler jelled plate. He and mother pastored small churches in SC. They had very little money. He is on at list at Lee that gave money to redo a building. When he died he had a little left from his insurance after paying for his burial. Mother asked me if it would be OK to use it to start a fund for the Hall of Prophets. To finish it up, my husband had an amount deducted from his salary at the seminary for several years. The reason we did it was not to necessary honor my Dad, but do what he had done for years, mentor and financial help young ministers. My husband is in the Hall because of the impact he has had on many of the students. In fact, it was a student that started the fund and others donated to it. Right now, my husband is on life support in ICU fighting for his life. In the last week many, many people both rich and poor, every denomination, ever nationality and ever gender have come to pray for him and tell me how he has poured into their lives. No not everyone has money to be put into the Hall. They have invested in lives not stock. They have a love for helping young ministers who have the call of God on their lives and want to get an education to prepare them for that calling. By no means do we have money. We live in a small ranch home. Many times we have asked God to supply our needs. The reason being my husband has counseled for years and taught at the seminary. IRS told us once that we would never have to much because he gave away to much. No not everyone in the Hall of Prophets have money. They serve a God who has supplied their needs over and over. Even now fighting for his life. Pray for him.

You still a very Godly man of God.
Hopefully the names can also be found in the Lamb’s book of life!
