A five year old boy was left with CoG relatives by his parents due to vocational reasons and those relatives didn’t want to be bothered with the boy so they let another CoG family take him. This was in the 60’s. The boy was sexually molested by the father of the family. The man remained in the church for years and as for as I know his sin remained hid from the church.

I personally know of an A/G church in Indiana that was started and pastored for decades by a man who was involved in incest with his children. His children continued the cycle until a granddaughter of the pastor let out the family secret to the new pastor. The girl’s father was still worship leader at the church after the founding pastor retired. The worship leader was arrested and the church members nearly lynched the new pastor for blowing the whistle and causing them to be without their worship leader. Incest is a way of life for thousands of families and many of those families do attend church.

This is a picture of me having been physically assaulted by the church pastor and three men because I held a sign protesting their trustee who was a pedophile. I had to call 911 and the police came and then the police chief said I had no Biblical basis to protest this pedophile. He was a friend of the church pedophile.
