Late on reports.No growth – ever…no matter how many churches he is moved to.Always complaining – wanting overseer to rescue him from church…or content to let church gentrify and close its doors.General sour attitude.(This thread is hypothetical. Yep, I know two:1. Ole Brother Jim Bob Smith fits all the traits you named above. The ole boy gits in a hornets nest ever where he goes, never stays anywhere over a year at the most.

What about Mr. Joe Bob Pleaser. He has been at the —-COG for 20 years. He pets the congregation, makes every hospital visit, and is always there for them. However, none of the congregation has gained much spiritual insight in the last 20 years. He is the greatest, they think the world of him.
