I do agree with that statement, it has been around since time began. But that doesn’t mean that ALL religious folk are bent on telling others what to do, etc. I have two sons, I love them dearly, and yes I do try to guide their lives because I KNOW more (thru experience) than they do. At times they listen, at other times they ignore me, but they know FOREVER that their best interests are in my mind.Does He guide our lives? of course HE does. Do some religious leaders TRY to guide out lives? Certainly but not all have evil intent. I am not sure it is a great idea to discourage ‘Religion’ in EVERY form.I think everyone on this FORUM has encountered folk who wanted to control them.
