I had a knee infection some time back (AND a Baker’s Cyst–first one I’d ever had). Could not put much weight on knee. So I relied on my other knee…and blew it out.I LITERALLY could not stand at all without agonizing pain–and only barely stand at that. If the house had caught fire, I’d have had to die, I reckon.Just when I was almost well enough to hobble, I blew the knee again!My wife–thank God for her–found some of that CDB (or whatever it’s called) and I rolled it on my knee. It got better much faster that time.I used it now when my knee gets to feeling inflamed, etc.
