The easiest way is pellet, its also the second tastiest way after charcoal/wood (most of us mere mortals can’t tell them apart as a matter of fact). Get a smart one with an app on your phone that alerts you when its time to do anything. Its pretty much auto-magic. You’re the second person who told me to go with a pellet smoker.The concept of a smart smoker was always a given. Ha h________________
